I have always been a non-reader in my life before I turned 18 and passed my intermediate. In early days of my college life I just picked a book out of boredom and get involved into it to such extent that I even forgot how my 3 hours got passed and from then only I inculcate the habit of reading in me. In this post I will discuss some reasons why reading is important that I personally connect with.   1. EXPOSURE TO NEW THINGS Reading helps to find the new things by picking up different books of different genres, countries, culture that you are not familiar with, it helps to know about new information in textual form in more descriptive manner. 2.
